In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving site-level events and engagement programs that support business priorities and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality events, manage operational details, and ensure strong communication and engagement outcomes. You will own events end-to-end—from concept and planning through execution, promotion, and post-event reporting—while managing budgets, vendors, and success metrics. The role also includes supporting internal communications, collaborating with employee groups, and engaging with community partners such as nonprofits and universities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
