  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare event materials, documentation, and setup requirements
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure events run smoothly and meet organizational standards
  • Provide administrative and operational support before, during, and after events
