About The Position

We’re seeking part-time reliable, organized, and people-focused Events & Rentals Coordinators to coordinate our local rentals of bubbleballs across San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. This role is ideal for someone with flexible time who enjoys being on the field, interacting with customers and staying active. Must have access to an SUV or pick up truck and live within 15 miles of El Cajon. You’ll be the primary point of contact on event days—picking up equipment, driving to community parks and sports fields, setting up and coordinating some casual games of bubbleball, and returning the equipment safely and on time. You may very likely get also involved in our bigger event productions. Why Join Us? Now headquartered in San Diego, the next wave is coming as we expand our rental operations across Southern California and continue to develop the sport of bubbleball.

Requirements

• MUST have access to an SUV (preferably) or pick up truck
• MUST live local to San Diego and within 15 miles of El Cajon
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Active and able to lift 15-40lbs
• Reliable and timely
• Comfortable with physical activity (lifting and light running)
• Able to work part time on weekends and/or weekdays

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with events, rentals, sports, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport equipment to parks
• Set up, operate, and break down event equipment
• Clean equipment as needed
• Conduct safety briefings at rentals
• Referee games
• Ensure events run smoothly and safely according to guidelines
• Communicate clearly with management about issues, needs, or improvements
• Maintain organization of storage areas and rental inventory
