The Event Strategist Professional II is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of external member-facing events to strengthen member engagement and deliver measurable impact, while also providing strategic and operational support for select internal events and initiatives. This role owns the end-to-end event lifecycle from concept through execution and evaluation, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and member needs. The position focuses on advanced operational execution, develops event strategies that integrate with broader marketing campaigns, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize performance and improve event effectiveness. This role manages larger and recurring initiatives such as milestone anniversary events, major community activations, and Maui-specific programs. The Event Strategist oversees and takes responsibility for promotional item program management, continuous improvement of event analytics, and deeper campaign integration across channels to drive consistent, high-quality event experiences.
