Candidates for guest services are focused on customer service and will be trained to work all positions while hosting events. Responsibilities include: greeting patrons at entrances, scanning tickets, performing security checks (bags and electronic magnetic scanners), usher to ticketed seating, monitoring crowd control and providing security at entrance/exit points, back/front stage security. All positions require standing/walking during entirety of shift. Availability needed for shifts during day/night/weekends. Availability needed at our outside venue.
