About The Position

Our team of Event Specialists manage and deliver high profile conference calls for major organizations and financial institutions across the globe. These virtual conferences include Video, Web and Audio, our Event Specialists are also responsible for booking our conference calls via our platform and to answer client queries in a fast-paced and exciting industry. We are seeking passionate and motivated professionals who have a like-minded approach for success. As an Event Specialist, you will be supporting global investment banks and corporations by being a main point of contact for customers and delivering service excellence. You will work closely with clients to manage requests for calls, focusing on a high level of attention to detail to ensure a smooth call facilitation, all while providing an efficient, friendly, timely, and professional service.

  • Proficient and confident with Microsoft Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

  • To have a high level of involvement with our clients and their conference call requests via telephone and email
  • Process bookings and provide recommendations on joining methods, visual elements and analytical after call reports based on their customer requirements,
  • Manage calendar entries if an event is booked or updated to ensure scheduling accuracy,
  • Professionally operate audio, video and web conferences, provide clear announcements, introduce the speakers, and efficiently manage the question and answer session,
  • Complete any requested after call reports in a timely manner,
  • Manage and prioritize customer requests based on urgency, event timelines and internal procedures,
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events,
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership to support overall team objectives,
  • Build valuable relationships with our customers and make a positive impact to their experience with us.
