About The Position

The Event Specialist plays a key role in the company’s integrated marketing campaign strategy by developing and executing event programs that drive business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role ensures each event delivers measurable impact on pipeline, customer expansion, and brand perception. The Event Specialist collaborates closely with the VP of Marketing, Campaigns Managers, and Sales to ensure all events are fully aligned with company objectives, integrated campaign messaging, and sales initiatives. Track and analyze key performance indicators (registrations, engagement, influenced pipeline, ROI) to continuously optimize event strategy. The ideal candidate has experience leading sponsored technology and industry events, co-hosting with partners, and delivering elevated executive hospitality experiences. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with precision, and maintain a strong focus on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in event marketing or event coordination, within a B2B or technology space.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events that directly support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency with event management and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, and Eventbrite.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an understanding of how events fit into the larger marketing and sales strategy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee event execution and on-site management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage customer, partner, and industry events that elevate the company’s position as a thought leader in digital engineering and AI-driven innovation.
  • Partner with the Growth Manager, Campaigns Managers, and Sales to ensure events support customer expansion and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure all event materials, presentations, and follow-up assets are on-brand and message-aligned.
  • Develop pre- and post-event campaigns in coordination with the campaign management team to maximize registration, engagement, and conversion.
  • Maintain a centralized event calendar and process documentation for cross-team alignment.
  • Serve as on-site lead, managing setup, execution, and issue resolution while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Coordinate speaker and presenter engagement, session content, and event programming to ensure high-value experiences for attendees.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (registrations, engagement, influenced pipeline, ROI) to continuously optimize event strategy.
