Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks. They are expected at all times to communicate effectively, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold Ohio State University policy, regulations, and ethical standards. Provides customer service and answers questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events, concerts, and family shows via telephone, chat, and email. Students will utilize the Ticket Office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket windows, assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and ticket issue trouble-shooting on event days. Shifts include regular Ticket Office hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year.
