Requirements

  • Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Effective, Professional Communication Skills, - written, presentation, client contact
  • Ability to always provide Outstanding Client Service, including under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Unbridled Internal Meetings & Events as needed
  • Support Sales teams with RFP Responses
  • Help prepare Sales teams for client presentations and pitches
  • Venue sourcing and site visit management
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials
  • Attend Sales and Strategy Meetings
  • Provide General Event & Project Manager Support including:
  • Updating event timeline
  • Assisting with menu Selection
  • Coordinating room set-up
  • Managing shipping & meeting materials
  • Supporting audio-visual coordination
  • Assisting with site book preparation for planning trips
  • Managing hotel rooming lists
  • Supporting attendee management and communications
  • Cross-checking data for accuracy
  • Assisting with name badges and welcome packet preparation
  • Coordinating air travel and ground transportation
  • Support Marketing efforts, including client research and industry trend analysis
  • Assist with CRM updates, campaigns, and reporting
  • Complete an end-of-internship project (topic determined at the start of the internship)
