The Event Sales Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, selling, planning, and coordination of all aspects of event sales operations at the club. This role involves leading the event sales team to ensure the delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences while achieving the club’s annual event sales goals. The Director will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, cultivate key client relationships, and collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef to create competitive event offerings. The Director is also accountable for the overall financial performance of the event sales department, ensuring all activities align with the club’s business objectives and service standards.
