As an Event Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales office, supporting the Event Sales team while ensuring every client inquiry is handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. You will often be the first impression and sometimes the final touchpoint a client has with our venue, making this a highly visible and important role. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited to contribute ideas that make the sales team more efficient and enhance the guest experience. This role will begin as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business and team needs evolve.
