Kimley-Horn is looking for a Event Registration & Sourcing Specialist to join our business team in the Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) office. This is not a remote position. Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency with Cvent (Events, Attendee Hub, Surveys, Supplier Network)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent.
  • Develop and manage event web and registration sites, surveys, and reporting tools
  • Source meeting and event venues; support contract review and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
