About The Position

We are actively hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding event marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, brand promotions, event coordination, or experiential marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into event management, marketing, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
• Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
• Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required — full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and activations
• Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
• Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Engage with event attendees to support positive brand experiences
• Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
• Represent partner brands in a professional and energetic manner
• Share feedback and ideas to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
