Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable brand experiences while learning the skills and strategies that drive successful events.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments
• Positive, team-oriented, and reliable attitude
• Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required—full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations
• Support event logistics, including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration
• Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Engage with event attendees to create positive and memorable brand experiences
• Complete post-event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
• Represent partner brands in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
