We are a growing marketing and promotional events firm in Louisville, KY, seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This hands-on role provides real-world experience working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver interactive brand experiences that increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support community-focused marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
• Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact after completing product and brand training
• Conduct product demonstrations , distribute samples, and present promotional materials
• Assist customers with registrations, sign-ups, purchases, and event participation
• Track event foot traffic , gather customer feedback, and report trends or frequently asked questions
• Support event staff to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional attendee experience
