About The Position

We are a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and experiential marketing. You will work closely with experienced Event Coordinators to help deliver engaging brand experiences at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to build a strong foundation in marketing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Provide customers with product information following brand and product training
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional outreach
• Assist customers with sign-ups, orders, and event registrations
• Engage with attendees to create positive brand experiences and increase awareness
• Collect and record customer feedback, event traffic, and frequently asked questions
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
