Position Overview As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will help execute live promotional events, retail activations, and community campaigns . You will represent client brands directly to the public, assist with product promotions, and support smooth event execution in fast-paced, interactive environments.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at local events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand representative after completing product and brand training
- Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples , and share promotional materials
- Assist customers with sign-ups, registrations, purchases, and event participation
- Monitor event traffic, collect customer feedback , and report trends or frequently asked questions
- Support the event team to ensure efficient execution and a positive guest experience
