HP Solutions Marketing – Event Producer Summary The Solutions Marketing team shapes HP’s commercial narrative and creates high-value customer engagements that position HP as a leader in the Future of Work with senior enterprise IT leaders . This high-impact, high-visibility role is central to shaping HP c ommercial’s presence , orchestrating strategic customer events and thought leadership opportunities . Working across Marketing, Communications, and Business Units, you will create engagements that establish HP as an Employee Experience champion and deliver measurable business impact. The HP Solutions Marketing Event Producer is a strategic partner and a detail-driven executor who thrives in dynamic environments, loves building exceptional customer experiences, and ensures flawless orchestration of customer-facing strategic events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event production, event project management, or agency-side execution.
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of large-scale in-person customer events, flagship conferences (1,000+ attendees), 3rd-party sponsorships and partner activations.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Communications or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Proactive, solutions -oriented , and calm under pressure in fast-moving environments.
  • Executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders on high-visibility programs.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work a flexible schedule to support global events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or producing B2B technology or enterprise IT events is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with w ebinars and virtual programs management desirable

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy Execution Partner with the Event Strategist to execute HP’s enterprise event strategy, strengthening HP’s position with senior IT leaders and driving business impact. Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and operational workflows.
  • End-to-End Event Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of customer events, from planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis. Build and maintain detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, budgets, staffing plans, and communication tracks. Manage logistics , agendas, and executive schedules, ensuring seamless executive participation .
  • Collaborate with Business Units to ensure speaker content, demos, messaging, and booth experiences reflect HP’s priority solutions. Drive speaker readiness, content reviews, demo approvals, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Field Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Product teams to align event activities and messaging. Serve as the operational hub that keeps teams informed, aligned, and moving forward.
  • Vendor, Agency & Partner Management Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with agencies, production partners, and event vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. Oversee vendor deliverables, creative assets, timelines, and on-site performance.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing. Recommend and implement innovative event concepts and enhancements that elevate HP’s presence and engagement.
