Joyce Factory Direct has been an industry leader in home remodeling since 1955, specializing in sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors. They proudly serve multiple markets including Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Columbia, Asheville, and Greenville. Joyce is a third-generation, family-owned and operated company, committed to quality craftsmanship and long-term customer relationships, and manufactures the majority of its own products. Joyce is seeking an Event Marketing Team Lead for the Asheville and Greenville markets to drive lead generation and appointment setting at events while leading a team from the front. This is a hands-on, field-based role where the Team Lead will actively engage homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments. The role involves setting the tone for performance, coaching the team in real time, and leading by example in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of event marketing, retail sales, canvassing or lead-generation experience
  • Desire to grow into leadership through performance and leading by example
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Asheville and Greenville markets
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require
  • A results-driven mindset focused on lead generation
  • Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment

  • Experience in home improvement or construction event marketing

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners at events
  • Actively engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products
  • Lead from the front by demonstrating high-performance lead generation
  • Coach and motivate team members on-site to improve results
  • Help new team members ramp up quickly through hands-on training
  • Support event setup and teardown as part of a hands-on team environment
  • Drive daily performance and hit lead targets at each event
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment targets
