About The Position

FundGuard is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute global events as a crucial driver of measurable lead generation, pipeline origination, brand visibility and customer engagement. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role owns the full lifecycle of events including industry conferences, sponsorships, FundGuard-hosted events and partner programs. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships and Marketing to ensure events are aligned to pipeline priorities and executed consistently across regions, namely key financial centers in North America and EMEA. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of planning, logistics, execution and ROI reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in event or field marketing
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or fintech events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple global events simultaneously
  • Strong vendor management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones and travel as needed
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong budgeting and execution discipline

Responsibilities

  • Own planning and execution of global events across North America, EMEA and APAC
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors and logistics end to end
  • Lead execution of conferences, sponsorships and field activations
  • Execute FundGuard Exchange (FGX) engagement programs including roundtables, executive dinners advisory groups and partner events.
  • Partner with Sales on regional event strategy and pipeline-focused field marketing
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up with demand gen marketer
  • Manage booth strategy, signage, messaging and on-site experience
  • Coordinate speakers, sponsorship deliverables and partner participation
  • Track and manage reporting on event ROI including attendance, leads and funnel progression
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all live and experiential marketing
