About The Position

We are looking for a Manager of Event Marketing to lead our tradeshow strategy and serve as the architect of our "see it to believe it" physical brand presence. This is not a "booth-and-kiosk" role. You will be responsible for translating our complex product value proposition into immersive, experiential environments that enable our account-based selling teams to break into new markets and engage high-value "new logo" targets. You will oversee the entire tradeshow engine across ten distinct market segments, ensuring that every dollar spent translates into market authority and measurable funnel acceleration.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Corporate Events, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale tradeshow presences ($100k+ budgets).
  • Demonstrates strategic planning abilities by analyzing market maps to determine optimal positioning for success.
  • Excels in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments, with proven experience scaling event operations while maintaining high quality.
  • Possesses a strong vision for creating engaging booth experiences that captivate audiences and transform product demos into marquee events.
  • Has an analytical mindset with a focus on understanding the underlying reasons behind actions and results.
  • Fluent in sales terminology and knowledgeable about how events influence pipeline velocity.
  • Expertise in Asana (or similar project management tools) and Hubspot/Salesforce for lead tracking.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 30%) to key shows and events.

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and manage the annual tradeshow calendar for 10 market segments, aligning event selection with our segment-specific go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to move beyond traditional demos. You will design "experiential" booth programming that allows prospects to touch, feel, and witness product functionality in a way that creates immediate "aha" moments.
  • Manage the full events budget, including exhibitor fees, complex booth buildouts, high-touch swag, and travel, ensuring high ROI across all spend.
  • Manage and mentor an Event Marketing Specialist, overseeing their execution of logistics, shipping, inventory management, and task completion within Asana.
  • Work closely with Accounting to reconcile budgets monthly and ensure our project management workflows remain airtight.
  • Beyond tradeshows, you will support our broader Field Marketing motion, executing Customer Advisory Summits, Executive Briefing Center (EBC) events, and factory tours where prospects can see our product in a live customer environment.
  • Execute high-touch ABM activations, including brand-hosted parties, luxury box suites, and "flywheel" lunch-and-learns designed to expand our footprint within existing farming accounts.
  • Proactively assess show performance by gathering both quantitative data (badge scans, MQLs) and qualitative insights from the sales team (deal acceleration, market sentiment).
  • Deliver comprehensive post-mortem reports that influence future investment decisions and product positioning.
