About The Position

Hallmark Health Care Solutions is seeking an Event Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and creativity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on event marketer who knows how to turn live and virtual experiences into powerful drivers of brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Hallmark shows up in the market — designing memorable event experiences that help us stand out, connect meaningfully with prospects and customers, and “punch above our weight” at industry events. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, sales, leadership, vendors, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event management
  • Strong understanding of event‑driven demand generation and ROI measurement
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly in live event environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation
  • Our preference is someone who can work a hybrid role in our Dallas office, 3 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and own Hallmark’s event marketing strategy, including a recommended portfolio of live, virtual, and hybrid events aligned to target audiences and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and select events based on audience relevance, visibility opportunities, and ROI potential.
  • Define how Hallmark shows up at each event — from booth presence and sponsorships to speaking engagements and experiential moments.
  • Event Execution & Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution for all tradeshows, sponsored events, webinars, and client events.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage logistics across all event phases, including:
  • Registration, shipping, booth setup, and teardown
  • Inventory management for booth assets and materials
  • On‑site coordination and troubleshooting
  • Post‑event follow‑up and evaluation
  • Utilize project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
  • Partner with internal creative resources or external agencies to develop all event collateral and branded materials.
  • Attend events as needed to support execution, lead capture, and on‑site coordination.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Management
  • Own accountability for marketing‑qualified leads generated through events.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are properly scored, routed, nurtured, and tracked.
  • Ensure tight alignment between pre‑event promotion, on‑site engagement, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Webinars & Virtual Events
  • Manage all aspects of webinar marketing, including speaker coordination, registrations, hosting logistics, and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing partners to deliver engaging, high‑quality virtual experiences.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams for event preparation, messaging alignment, and feedback loops.
  • Participate in planning and debrief sessions to continuously improve event effectiveness.
  • Budget & Advisory Programs
  • Manage the event marketing budget, including sponsorships, travel, materials, and vendor costs.
  • Create, curate, and maintain a Customer Advisory Board, partnering with Sales to select participants and coordinating multiple advisory sessions annually (virtual and/or in‑person).
