About The Position

Join our team as an Event Marketing Coordinator supporting the Bath Fitter and Kitchen Saver brands! In this role, you’ll oversee event and retail marketing operations, manage logistics, and ensure high‑quality lead generation across all markets. What You’ll Do Source, book, and manage high‑performing events and retail partners. Keep event lead costs within budget Handle event contracts, applications, and insurance documentation. Coordinate setup, teardown, transportation, and display upkeep. Build schedules using all available staffing resources and approve weekly 1099 timesheets. Maintain event inventory and manage office budgets. Analyze event performance to ensure standards are met. Mentor and support 1099 Event Coordinators and event reps. Ensure leads are submitted within 24 hours and maintain a 1 lead per hour standard. Confirm all event logistics 30 days in advance .
