Responsibilities

• Help oversee and maintain a dynamic events calendar, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are always on track
• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships (catering, rentals, A/V, venues, swag, etc.), including quotes, communication, and on-site execution
• Support end-to-end event operations including invitations, registration lists, attendee tracking, and day-of logistics
• Partner with marketing to support event promotion, branded materials, and post-event follow-up / recap content
• Serve as a “boots on the ground” resource — assisting with set-up, run-of-show execution, guest experience, and breakdown
