About The Position

Join the dynamic team at Nothing Bundt Cakes -Both Orchard Park & Amherst locations as our Event & Marketing Coordinator! In this exciting role, you will be the creative force behind our marketing initiatives and special events, helping to spread joy through our delicious cakes and memorable experiences. Must have weekly availability to market at both locations- will have the use of a company car for events and marketing. Job starts at 15 hours a week, as we move into the summer with potential for 25 hours a week. Need availability Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays for now. There is a potential to get hours in store as well- as needed.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in event planning or marketing roles.
Creative mindset with a passion for cake and customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Execute marketing to promote our cakes and events.
Coordinate and manage in-store events and marketing.
Collaborate with local businesses and organizations for partnership opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
Support the team in daily operations and special projects as needed.
Market once a week for both locations.
