About The Position
We are a fast-growing marketing and advertising firm seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in event marketing, brand promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement. We provide paid, hands-on training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, visual merchandising, and consumer market research, giving entry-level candidates real-world experience from day one. High-performing team members who successfully complete the training program will be considered for Team Lead and leadership opportunities within the marketing department. What You’ll Do: As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will support and expand live marketing campaigns while building strong relationships with customers and clients. This role offers direct exposure to customer acquisition, brand awareness initiatives, retail marketing, and experiential campaigns.
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours; weekend availability required for special events
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for advanced training opportunities
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Support the execution and growth of assigned marketing and promotional campaigns
