About The Position
We are a fast-growing marketing and advertising firm seeking a driven Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to launch a career in event marketing, brand promotions, and experiential marketing. We offer paid, hands-on training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of our training program, high performers will be considered for Team Lead opportunities within the marketing department. What You’ll Do: As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding marketing campaigns while building strong relationships with customers and clients. This position provides real-world experience in customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retail marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours; weekend availability for special events required
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for additional training opportunities
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities
- Support the growth and execution of assigned marketing and promotional campaigns
