About The Position

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant . This role is perfect for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, brand awareness, and community outreach . No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and real-world event experience from day one. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will support live events, promotional campaigns, and experiential marketing activations , working directly with the public while developing valuable marketing and communication skills.

Requirements

• Interest in event marketing, promotions, communications, or brand marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations
• Engage face-to-face with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and campaign engagement
• Communicate key marketing messages clearly and professionally
• Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to meet performance goals
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
