Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of success managing a large volume of events and tradeshows annually
  • Exceptional skills in collaboration and working within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an influential presenter. Comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with large-scale event production
  • Project development and management experience, including developing strategies, compelling presentations, and operational plans
  • Some travel required
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to help develop event strategy and roadmap, including ideation and execution
  • Manage all events from start to finish including event plans, event goals, timelines, key resources, tech needs, and staffing details
  • Oversee budget and maintain accurate up-to-date spend
  • Suggest and execute cutting-edge and creative ideas to ensure LeanData stands out
  • Evaluate industry events and sponsorship opportunities based on LeanData’s objectives and target audience
  • Manage event logistics for our annual conference including site and vendor selection, on-site logistics, and event budget
  • Oversee all logistics around branded materials and giveaways
