About The Position

Ducks Unlimited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Fundraising Intern to join our virtual auction team at National Headquarters. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the Event Fundraising Division and contributing to the success of DU’s annual Into the Vault auction.

Requirements

• Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals
• Knowledge and understanding on the intricacies of taking photos through the lens of a DSLR or DSLM camera
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
• Ability to work independently in a professional office setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Photograph various auction items including firearms, decoys, art, and miscellaneous DU/waterfowl collectibles
• Edit auction photos through use of Photoshop and Canva
• Maintain inventory records of all items available for auction
• Manage intake and storage of new auction items
• Help with organization and day-to-day tasks for the Into the Vault fundraising team
