The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering memorable, mission-driven events that celebrate and engage RMPM's Friends and statewide audiences. Reporting to the Director, Event Strategy & Operations and working in close collaboration with the Event Producers, the Event Coordinator provides essential operational and logistical support before, during, and after RMPM's live and virtual events. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented – supporting everything from vendor coordination and registration setup to guest communications, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting. The Event Coordinator helps ensure each event reflects the warmth, inclusion, and excellence that RMPM stands for.
