About The Position

The role of Event Coordinator contributes to HighPoint by conduction organizational analyses to design efficient systems and procedures, streamline work processes, and develop operational manuals that improve management effectiveness

Requirements

  • Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
  • Ability to perform work that requires practical experience and training.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organization skills with a deep attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree in business or any related field of study preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
  • Design systems and procedures.
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Agenda development, logistics, materials, on-site coordination.
