Responsibilities

  • Manages inventory ordering, tracking, and verification of receipt. Communicates upcoming shipments to various onsite stakeholders
  • Help analyze post-event insights to improve future event planning and efficiency.
  • Help maintain accurate event calendars and timelines across all markets, highlighting concerns about staffing levels and any other concerns that may arise in the planning of an event
  • Assist with reviewing and organizing vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain organized records of executed contracts, vendor communications, and event-related files.
  • Assists the Events Leadership with preparation for trainings and meetings ensuring appropriate materials are compiled and organized, takes meeting notes, assigns action items and tasks to various team members
  • Support the Events Operations Manager by ensuring budget compliance and monitor expenses.
  • Help ensure all event details are shared promptly with key stakeholders, including Regional and Event Marketing Managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the event marketing team
