What You Will Be Doing Join the team behind the number one ball in golf! The Event Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional, high-impact event experiences that educate and delight our VIP guests. This role combines strong administrative organization with seamless on-site execution, serving as the welcoming face of each event and ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality. You will provide hands-on support at The Performance Center at Manchester Lane—one of Titleist’s premier fitting destinations—where the coordinator upholds meticulous standards across signage, gifting, guest interaction, and hospitality elements to create best-in-class educational experiences. Working closely with Marketing and Education teams, the Event Coordinator executes event plans, manages logistics, and prepares polished guest-facing materials and amenities, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful, premium, and flawlessly aligned with our brand. What You Bring High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred. Minimum of three years in event planning, hospitality, club management, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal abilities, passion for hospitality, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work extended hours periodically, including in outdoor environments. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
