About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events from inception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for attendees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in event coordination or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and event objectives.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within allocated funds.
  • Create and maintain detailed event timelines and production schedules.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events to ensure smooth execution.
