Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required (banquet or event experience preferred)
- Strong sense of timing, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Culinary education is a plus, but experience and attitude are key.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items for banquets, weddings, tournaments, and club events
- Execute event menus accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Assist with event prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Work closely with chefs and the culinary team during high‑volume services
- Maintain a positive, team‑focused attitude during busy event services
