Cooks at the DECC will provide quality catering and concessions products. The DECC venues offer an exciting atmosphere with a variety of food service styles, including casual meals, quick food items, and formal dinners prepared in our catering kitchen. The Cooks are responsible for superior production of all food items in accordance with the DECC’s high quality standards and procedures. This position is flexible and part-time, based on DECC event needs, with day, afternoon, and/or evening shifts scheduled on various days of the week, potentially including some holidays. The DECC is a collection of ten venues hosting conventions, meetings, sports, arts, and entertainment right on the waters of Lake Superior in vibrant Canal Park, committed to sustainability and driving the regional economy.
