The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions, training, and constructive feedback to maintain high performance standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact during events, effectively communicating with clients, vendors, University departments, and attendees to address needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and accessibility guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of all participants
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, representing the University of Notre Dame with integrity and hospitality at all times
  • Collaborate with event planners and relevant University departments (e.g., Facilities, Security, Catering) to ensure seamless coordination and support
