About The Position
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of hardworking, outgoing and motivated Event Attendants to join our Midtown Atlanta team.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon entering and exiting the garage
- Assist customers in the parking facility, lanes, and in the parking office
- Issue tickets and collect payments
- Help direct traffic
- May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklist
- Other special projects as assigned by management
