About The Position

We’re seeking Event Assistants to manage day-of event operations and provide an exceptional customer experience while representing our clients and charitable programs. This is an entry-level role with paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information about charities, programs, and initiatives
  • Maintain strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, fundraising, and sponsorships
  • Conduct presentations to new target audiences at events and retail activations
  • Help achieve sponsorship targets and donor retention goals
  • Ensure events run smoothly and professionally
