The Event Assistant is responsible for day-of management of event details required for smooth operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide information about the charity and charity programs
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorships
  • Conduct event and retail presentations to new target audiences
  • Reach sponsorship targets and donor retention goals
