We are seeking experienced and skilled front-of-house restaurant managers with exceptional skills who will effectively manage a store and maintain attention to detail. Our store manager candidates must maintain constant contact with both staff and customers. They will work closely and report to the Director of Operations. They set the standard for "Operational Excellence" and lead by example while mentoring and developing the Front of House Team. They need to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer service and monitor the overall financial performance of the store. They must be prepared to deliver daily excellence across a full spectrum of operational activities at both operational and tactical levels. They must greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, offer intelligent recommendations and suggestions, foster customer and brand trust, assist the staff with any requests, and ensure they have a great experience. More importantly, a store manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly.
