About The Position

We are looking for a professional, service-driven Evening Dining Room Supervisor to lead and oversee the evening dining operations at Savannah Country Club.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or lead server experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the dining room staff during evening service
• Ensure excellent member and guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
• Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and readiness before each shift
• Train, coach, and support servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Handle member or guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and event staff for smooth service flow
• Manage floor operations, including table assignments and reservations
• Monitor staff appearance, performance, and adherence to club standards
• Assist with end-of-day reports and closing duties
