About The Position

The Lockheed Martin Corporate Ethics team is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the Vice President, Ethics and Business Conduct, and Corporate Ethics leadership team. The successful candidate possesses the highest level of integrity in protecting confidential, sensitive information and the ability to professionally represent the Ethics organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage Executive’s daily schedule and calendar, coordinate recurring leadership meetings, and track attendance and collect leadership input in advance. Arrange international and domestic travel. Manage receipts and process expense reports Coordinate the scheduling of domestic and international consultant training Track and report on Ethics Awareness Training and Business Conduct Compliance to 100%. Inventory, manage, and distribute Ethics materials (e.g., Printed Code, Ethics Coins, EIE items) Responsible for meeting card use/reconciliation, check requests, and expense tracking. Order Office Supplies for corporate staff working at other sites. Arrange visitor offices. Schedule webcasts via Teams, consolidating and driving PowerPoint charts and recordings. Ability to work independently

Requirements

  • Represent the LM ethics organization, modeling our company values with absolute discretion, sound judgement, and commitment to preserving confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate initiative by recognizing priorities early and delivering information and materials without waiting for explicit direction. Self-initiate.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Experience supporting multiple, concurrent projects in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills an attention to details. Maintains well-organized records and files
  • Five (5) years administrative assistant experience.
  • Mastery of MS Office: Teams, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting LM Executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of LM Ethics & Business Conduct programs, products, and services.
  • Experience working with international employee population.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple, concurrent assignments.
  • Project planning and organizational skills.
