As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the Customer.

Requirements

Customer service skills - Required

Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks - Required
Ability to work a flexible schedule - Required
Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training) - Required

Responsibilities

Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer
Makes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requests
Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer¿s vehicle
Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
Achieves productivity standards
Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore, as needed
Maintains / stocks bag areas
Returns product to shelf
Transfers products from slot to slot to help free up carts
Organizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStore
Maintains standards for safety and sanitation
Perform other job-related tasks as requested by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations
