About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, and positive individual to support our Estimating (Sales) team. This role is critical to keeping our estimating process efficient, accurate, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a helpful, team-first attitude. This position will work closely with our Estimators to assist with data entry, quote preparation, material tracking, and general administrative support within our CRM system (Buildertrend).

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with computers and general office software (Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Buildertrend or similar CRM/project management software is a plus
  • Prior experience in construction, estimating, or administrative support is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage estimates in Buildertrend (CRM system)
  • Assist Estimators with preparing and formatting customer quotes
  • Assist in creating material tracking sheets
  • Prepare and assemble client contracts for review and execution
  • Communicate with clients as needed to support the estimating and sales process
  • Support project readiness by completing scheduling and pre-construction checklists
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
  • Communicate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate information flow
  • Provide general administrative support to the estimating and sales team
  • Back up to front desk administrative support; answering phone calls and entering leads
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably asked of you.
