Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Arizona Probate Litigation experience
Ability to manage 20-25 active cases, including probate litigation and trust administration
Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills
Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters

Minimum base salary of $90,000 per year, or more, depending on experience
Objective quarterly billable hours bonuses totaling $5,000 to $10,000 annually
30 paid days off annually (10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days)
