They are hiring a full-time Trusts & Probate Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of Arizona-based experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and/or Guardian/Conservatorship. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Arizona Probate Litigation experience
  • Ability to manage 20-25 active cases, including probate litigation and trust administration
  • Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills
  • Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters
  • Driven, detail-oriented, with a settlement-focused, but trial-ready mindset
  • Creative intelligence and a strong work ethic
  • Winning mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage 20-25 active cases, including probate litigation and trust administration

  • Minimum base salary of $90,000 per year, or more, depending on experience
  • Objective quarterly billable hours bonuses totaling $5,000 to $10,000 annually
