Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of estate planning/probate, experience in TX, 5+ years are most preferred.
  • An Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications.
  • Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting pleadings
  • Preparing discovery
  • Filing documents with the court
  • Calendaring
  • Preparing trial exhibits
  • Other duties as assigned
