Requirements

Possess a Juris Doctor J.D. degree from an accredited and reputable law school.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff
Ability to track and meet minimum billable requirements consistently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, electronic legal research tools, and essential case management software
Positive growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of estate planning and probate cases, including client meetings, phases of litigation, and communication
Analyze legal issues, provide advice to clients, negotiate settlements, and ensure efficient case resolution through collaboration with senior attorneys and paralegals
Maintain accurate and organized files to support the legal team
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, oversee litigation, and provide status updates
Adhere to case flow procedures and meet all case deadlines effectively
Work as a sound analyst and collaborator to achieve client goals and implement strategies
