Requirements

2 years of estate planning or probate experience (law firm setting preferred)
Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal software (e.g., WealthCounsel, Clio, Academy, or similar)
Client-focused mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Draft estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Support clients during document signings and notarizations
Stay organized by maintaining case files, deadlines, and key communications
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver top-notch service
Communicate and coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and agencies
Help ensure everything we do is compliant and accurate
